Cavendish Financial plc (AIM: CAV) was notified on 19 December 2023 that, on the same date, Mark Astaire, incoming Non-Executive Director, purchased 100,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 9.86 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mark Astaire has a beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
