CONFIRMATION OF NAME CHANGE
 AND AIM RULE 26 WEBPAGE

The Company announced on 1 September 2023 that it intended to apply to Companies House to change the Company's name.

The Company is pleased to announce that Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 27 September 2023 and the name change to Cavendish Financial plc from finnCap Group plc has become effective immediately.

Further to the announcement made on 1 September 2023, the Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new ticker symbol "CAV" is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 September 2023. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

The Company's website is now www.cavendish.com. All information required by AIM Rule 26 is located on the "Investors" section of the website with effect from today.

Shareholder's rights are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
