AGM Trading Statement

Cavendish Financial plc provides the following current trading update in advance of its Annual General Meeting which is being held at 10.00am today.

It has been just over a year since our merger and we are extremely proud of what we have achieved in bringing the two businesses together.  We have a solid pipeline of both public and private transactions in train including a number of potential IPOs. 

 We remain focused on delivering high quality client service and executing seamlessly across the group.   Whilst market conditions have yet to improve significantly post the general election, we remain well placed to benefit as and when they do.
