Change of Auditor

FIH, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands and the UK, is pleased to announce that following the completion of a formal tender process, Grant Thornton LLP have been appointed as the Group's auditor with immediate effect. The appointment will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in September 2023.

KPMG LLP, the Group's previous auditor, has confirmed that there are no matters connected with them ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
