Re Directorate

Feedback PLC 7 February 2001 Feedback plc - Director Notification - It is with deep sadness that the Board announces the sudden death of Dr Peter Blackman, one of the co-founders of the Company in 1958. Peter designed many of the Company's initial products and, as a non-executive director, maintained an active involvement in ongoing product development. Peter will be sorely missed by his fellow Directors and all the Feedback staff. 7 February 2001
