2023 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

FDM Group announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Taylor Wessing LLP at 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW on Tuesday 16 May 2023 at 2.00 pm.

The 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM") has been mailed to shareholders and, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

A copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the "Shareholder Information" page within the "Investors" section of the Company's website  www.fdmgroup.com . A proxy form for the AGM is available on the same web page.
