2024 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

FDM Group announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's offices at 3^rd Floor, Cottons Centre, Cottons Lane, London SE1 2QG on Tuesday 14 May 2024 at 2.00 pm. The following documents have been made available to shareholders:

·      2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")

·      2024 Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy ("Form of Proxy")

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Annual Report")

The Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been mailed to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents are available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Copies of the Notice of AGM, the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report are also available on the "Shareholder Information" page within the "Investors" section of the Company's website www.fdmgroup.com.
