DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is to be appointed to the board of GB Group plc as a non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2024. GB Group plc is listed on AIM (being the market of that name operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange).
