 Killik & Co LLP 'Holdings in Company' announcement update

Facilities by ADF, the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, released a 'Holdings in Company' announcement at 14:48 on 7 November 2022, under RNS No 5721F (the "Announcement") which disclosed a notifiable interest in the Company. The Company has been subsequently notified, on 9 November 2022, that the contents of the Announcement were notified in error to the Company as a result of a clerical fault. Killik & Co LLP does not, and did not at the time of the Announcement, hold a notifiable interest in the Company.

The contents of the Announcement should therefore be disregarded.
