15 September 2025 - Experian plc, the global data and technology company (the "Company"), announces pursuant to the requirements of Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2), that Jonathan Howell, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Experian plc, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Whitbread PLC, with effect from 1 January 2026.
