10 March 2026 - Experian plc, the global data and technology company, announces that its subsidiary, Experian Finance US, Inc., rated A3 / A-, has priced an issuance of €300million Floating Rate Notes due 16 March 2028 (the "Notes").

 

The Notes will be issued by Experian Finance US, Inc. under the terms of Experian's Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which is guaranteed by Experian plc.

 

This bond issue diversifies the Group's funding sources. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions and the repayment of debt.
