The Group's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 is now publicly available on the Group's website at: https://www.evokeplc.com/investors/results-reports-and-presentations/

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism as noted above.

Printed copies of the Annual Report will be posted to shareholders who have requested them in due course.
