Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Q1 Trading Update and AGM

888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888 and Mr Green, today announces the publication of its 2023 Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") and the dates for its Q1 2024 Trading Update and Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Annual Report 2023

The Group's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2023 is now publicly available on the Group's website at: https://corporate.888.com/investors/results-reports-and-presentations/

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism as noted above.

Printed copies of the Annual Report will be posted to shareholders who have requested them in due course.

Q1 2024 Trading Update

The Group will announce a trading update for the three months ended 31 March 2024 on Friday 19 April 2024 at 7.00am BST.

AGM 2023

The 2023 AGM will be held at 9.00am BST on Monday 13 May 2024, at the office of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AE. Shareholders not able to attend in person will be able to follow the proceedings of the AGM for free over the online Investor Meet Company platform by registering in advance via the following link: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/888-holdings-plc/register-investor

The Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") will be published in due course.
