Notice of Annual General Meeting

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX and OTCQB: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that it has today published the Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice) which will be held at the Level 4, 88 William Street, Perth Western Australia on Thursday 29 May 2025 at 3:00pm (AWST) (8:00AM BST) (Meeting).
