Change of Company Secretary

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX and OTCQB: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Carly Terzanidis as Company Secretary, effective 4 November 2025.

Carly is an experienced corporate professional with 20 years' prior experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on capital markets and governance, and more recently over four years' experience acting as a company secretary to ASX listed entities.

Carly is a Chartered Secretary and Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Corporate & Resources Administration.

Carly is currently Company Secretary of a number of ASX listed resources companies.

Carly replaces Ms Sujana Karthik, with the Board thanking Sujana for her contribution to the Company and wishing her all the best for the future.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, the Company confirms that Carly is the person responsible for communication with the ASX.
