Partial disposal of Denarius Metals shares

Europa Metals, ("Europa" or the "Company"), advises that on 17 April 2025, the Company sold 1.5 million of the shares it holds in Denarius Metals Corp, (Cboe CA: DMET) (OTCQX: DNRSF) ("Denarius") at an average price of CAD$0.5569 per share, netting CAD$826,945 (approx. £450,000). The proceeds of the sale will be utilised for creditor payments, working capital, and towards assessing opportunities. 

 

Following the partial disposal, the Company retains 5.5 million Denarius shares.

 

Over the coming weeks, management are considering the options for the Company to deliver the best possible outcome for all shareholders and will update the market in due course.
