Extension of the TSP

Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of networking processing semiconductor technology ported on field programmable gate arrays ("FPGAs") for virtualised networking appliances announces the extension of the Temporary Suspension of Proceedings ("TSP") order.

As announced on 26 October 2023, the settlement manager had filed a report to the Court in Lod ("Court") requesting an extension to the TSP period until the end of December 2023. Following the submission of this report, the Court has approved the request and the Company has been granted an extension of the TSP process until 31 December 2023.
