Correction - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

A typographical amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 5 December 2023 at 08.29 under RNS No 7120V. The change is identified with an asterix (*).

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p each of Essentra plc in issue as at today was  294,107,002 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are 5,039,265 shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Essentra plc is therefore 289,067,737.

The figure of 289,067,737* may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in, Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
