NOTICE OF HALF YEAR 2025 RESULTS

Essentra plc, a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, will report its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on Tuesday 29 July 2025.

The results will be published at 7:00 am (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service and on the Company's website http://www.essentraplc.com

There will be a presentation to analysts and investors starting at 8:30 am, with registration from 8:00 am, on Tuesday 29 July 2025, at the offices of FTI Consulting (200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD).
