NOTICE OF FULL YEAR 2024 RESULTS

Essentra plc, a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, will report its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 19 March 2025.

The results will be published at 7:00 am (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service and on the Company's website http://www.essentraplc.com.

There will be a presentation to analysts and investors starting at 8:30 am, with registration from 8:00 am, on Wednesday 19 March 2025, at the offices of Deutsche Numis, 45 Gresham St, London, EC2V 7BF.
