NOTICE OF THE 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

 Essentra today announces that the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting has been published. The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 13:00 (UK time) on Thursday 23 May 2024 at the Company's site in Oxfordshire - Langford Locks, Kidlington, Oxford OX5 1HX.

In compliance with the article 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.essentraplc.com

Essentra's next scheduled trading update will be published at 07:00 (UK time) on the day of the Annual General Meeting.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).
