Equitech Establishes European Headquarters

Mullica Hill, NJ, September 5, 2021

   Equitech Int'l Corporation (stock exchange ticker EQTL), a company focused on the
commercialization of in-line measurement UV-Vis spectrophotometers announced that
it has signed an agreement with Aguilar & Pineda to distribute Equitech products in
Europe establishing its European Headquarters in Barcelona, Spain.

   "Equitech terminated a ten-year-old Licensing Agreement with ColVisTec AG, a
German company, on September 1, 2021, allowing the company to immediately
establish worldwide operations" said Dr. Jaime Gómez, Equitech's President & CEO.

   Equitech recently acquired 81% stake in CompSOL USA, a fast-growing, USA-based
engineering development company that specializes in the manufacturing of optoelectronic-
mechanical devices for consumer and industrial applications.

   Equitech manufactures opto-electronic solutions for industrial process management
that enables industries to lower their production costs, increase their yield, and enhance
the quality of their products.
