Change of AGM venue and time

Important information regarding the time and location of the 2022 annual general meeting ("AGM")

London, 26 May 2022       - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG,    TASE:) announced in its notice of AGM dated Friday 29 April 2022 ("Notice of AGM") that the AGM was to be held at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ on Thursday 26 May 2022 at 11 a.m. (BST).

However, the Board is of the view that it is impracticable for a reason beyond the Company's control, to hold the meeting at the declared place and time, therefore the AGM will now be held at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DW on Thursday 26 May 2022 at 9 a.m. (BST).

All other arrangements in relation to the AGM as set out in the Notice of AGM remain the same.
