AIM Rule 17 - historic disclosure

Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities plc as the Company's joint broker with immediate effect.

The Company also announces the following disclosure in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies that had previously been omitted in error.

As announced at her appointment as a director of the Company on 13 December 2005, Penny Freer was a director of Peacock Blue Limited from 18 August 2005. Peacock Blue Limited subsequently entered into administration on 17 January 2007, creditors' voluntary liquidation on 13 August 2007 and was dissolved on 6 November 2010.
