Additional Directorship Disclosure
The Board of Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software provider for the built environment, makes the following disclosure in relation to Alyson Levett (Non-Executive Director), pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Alyson Levett was a non-executive director of AMTE Power plc ("AMTE") until 19 January 2024 AMTE entered administration on the same date. AMTE is still in administration.
There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Alyson Levett's appointment pursuant to AIM Rule 17 or Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
