Block Listing Application

The Board of the Company notes that an application has been made to London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 6,290,000 new 2029 zero dividend preference shares ("ZDP Shares") to be admitted to trading on the specialist fund segment of main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The ZDP Shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's existing general authority to issue shares on a non-pre-emptive basis. These ZDP Shares may be issued to satisfy market demand, as and when market conditions permit. When issued, the new ZDP Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ZDP shares in issue. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 26 February 2026.
