Alan Forbes Appointed President and CEO Effective September 1

The Board of Directors has appointed Alan Forbes as the new President and CEO, effective September 1, 2025.

Ms. Brimicombe, who led EcoPlus through its recent expansion into nutraceutical markets, will be stepping down to pursue new opportunities. The Board expressed its gratitude for her leadership and contributions, particularly in establishing EcoPlus as a trusted brand in natural health and wellness.

Alan Forbes brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning technology, real estate, publishing, and public company management. A visionary executive and best-selling author, Forbes has built a reputation as a strategist who bridges innovation with execution. He previously served as President and CEO of RPR Wyatt, where he guided SaaS innovation in enterprise and public safety sectors, and as a board member and advisor to multiple technology companies. Forbes is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having authored best-selling books on PHP, Bootstrap, jQuery, and real estate syndication, and is recognized as a former IBM Champion.

In addition to his business leadership, Forbes holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where he graduated with honors and won the Douglass Prize in Entrepreneurship.
