Supply Agreement with Lindab Profil AB (STO:LIAB)  

Verditek is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive supply agreement (the "Agreement") with Lindab Profil AB ("Lindab"), a Swedish company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of building products and in particular roofing systems, for a term of 3 years. The agreement has no minimum purchasing obligations for Lindab and there is no guarantee that Lindab will place any orders.  However, Verditek has already supplied over €100k worth of panels to Lindab for a number of projects as well as supply panels for a test and demonstration installation at their home factory in Forslov, Sweden.

Lindab will integrate the panels with Lindab's roofing systems and will market and sell the panels to its customers in Nordic and Eastern European Markets.

Verditek have granted Lindab exclusivity for selling building integrated photovoltaics (incorporating Verditek's panels) in the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe (specifically Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania or Slovakia). This exclusivity is conditional on Lindab achieving a target volume of panels of 850kw in 2023.
