Adjournment of General Meeting

Verditek plc (AIM:VDTK), the international green technology company that develops, manufactures and sells lightweight solar panels announces that the General Meeting due to be held yesterday in order  to increase the Company's authority to allot shares was adjourned until further notice. This was a result of further discussions with certain shareholders with regard to the Company's financing. In this regard the Board continues to hold discussions with certain parties but there can be no certainty as to the outcome of these talks.
