(OTCQB: EWST) – E-Waste Corp. was incorporated in the State of Florida on January 26, 2012, to develop an e-waste recycling business.  It is not successful in its efforts and has discontinued this line of business.  Since that time, it has been a shell company (as such term is defined in Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act).  Going forward, it intends to seek, investigate and, if such investigation warrants, engage in a business combination with a private entity whose business presents an opportunity for the company’s shareholders.
