Notification of change in particulars of a director

Drax Group plc announces that, effective 30 April 2025, Ms Andrea Bertone a non-executive director and chair of the Board of the Company stood down as a non-executive director of Amcor plc.

Ms Bertone stood down in connection with and following conclusion of a previously announced merger between Amcor plc and Berry Global Group Inc. which was effective from 30 April 2025.
