BOARD COMMITTEES AND DIRECTORS' RESPONSIBILITIES

Domino's Pizza Group plc ("DPG" or "the Company") today announces the following appointments with immediate effect.

Natalia Barsegiyan is appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Tracy Corrigan is appointed as Chair of the Sustainability Committee.

Ian Bull is appointed as the designated non-executive director for workforce engagement.

This notification is made pursuant to LR 9.6.11R.
