Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 21 October 2025 and subject to court sanctioning the scheme of

arrangement in relation to the reorganisation of Diversified Energy Company (UK, constituent), please see details of

affected indexes and effective dates below:

 

Diversified Energy Company (UK, BQHP5P9) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

 

Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust (UK, B6832P1) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 

All changes effective from 24th November 2025.
