Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 2 October 2025 consisted of 2,033,799,769 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each with voting rights.
The above figure of 2,033,799,769 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
