Diploma PLC (the "Company"), the international value-add distribution group, has been notified that Katie Bickerstaffe, who will be Senior Independent Director and a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October, will be appointed to the Board of abrdn plc as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committees with effect from 1 October 2024.
