Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the Financial Services, Business and Lifestyle sectors, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's offices at Thomas House, 84 Eccleston Square, London SW1V 1PX on Thursday 26th June 2025 at 10 a.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("Annual Report") and the notice of AGM are available on the Company's website: https://www.dianomi.com/for-investors/. Copies of the Annual Report together with the notice of AGM have also been posted to those shareholders who have requested physical copies.
