Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Dialight (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, is pleased to announce that following a successful interim period, Mark Fryer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and executive director of the Company with effect from 1^st May 2025.  Mark will be participating in the existing Value Creation Plan which will be subject to a separate announcement.

Mark is a qualified accountant and experienced CFO, and has previously held roles as a director of Augean Limited (previously Augean plc), Franchise Brands plc and Anexo Group plc.
