Audited Annual Report and Accounts Publication

Further to the preliminary full year results announcement released on 24 June 2025, a copy of the Company's audited Annual Report and Accounts for the 12-month reporting period ended 31 March 2025 (the "2024/25 Annual Report") can now be viewed and/or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com, and will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.  

A hard copy of the 2024/25 Annual Report will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications in due course as part of the document pack for the Company's 2025 annual general meeting ("AGM").  The AGM will be held on Monday 1 September 2025 and the notice of AGM and form of proxy will be made available on the Company's website and distributed to shareholders in due course.
