Dickinson Legg Group PLC 29 January 2003 For Immediate Release 29 January 2003 Dickinson Legg Group plc Director Appointment Dickinson Legg Group plc (the 'Company') announces that with effect from 1 February 2003 Thomas Murdoch Mackie is appointed Group Managing Director. Tom joined the Group in July 2002 as Managing Director of Dickinson Legg Ltd and will continue in this role as well as taking on his new responsibilities. Tom will report to the Executive Chairman, Barry Stevenson. Tom Mackie previously held a senior general management position with Vickers PLC and was a director of Ross Catherall Metals Limited, Ross Catherall Castings Limited, Ross Catherall Superalloys Limited, Ross Ceramics Limited, Dixon Technologies Ltd (currently in liquidation), Precis (935) Limited, Power Strap Limited, Samuel Strapping Trustees Limited, MJ Maillis (UK) Limited, Pakseal Industries, ACME Gerrard Limited, Certified Alloy Products Incorporated and Trucast Inc.
