Dekel Agri-Vision Plc (AIM: DKL), the West African agriculture company focused on building a portfolio of sustainable and diversified projects, has been notified that, Aristide Achybrou, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,100,000 ordinary shares of €0.0003367 each in the Company.
As a result, Aristide Achybrou now has a total notifiable share interest in the Company of 24,924,324 ordinary shares, representing 4.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
