Annual General Meeting held on 10 July 2025

DCC plc announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all ordinary and special resolutions were duly passed.

Resolutions 1 to 7 (inclusive) were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 8 to 13 (inclusive) were passed as special resolutions.  Voting on all resolutions was conducted by way of a poll and the results are available at:
