Delay in publication of accounts and temporary suspension of trading

daVictus plc, (LSE: DVT), announces that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "2024 Annual Report") will not be finalised ahead of the 30 April 2025 deadline.

In accordance with the listing rules, the Company is required to publish its audited 2024 Annual Report by 30 April 2025. However, the Company is continuing to work with its auditors, Johnsons Financial Management Limited, to finalize the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. Despite the best efforts of all parties, the Company requires further time to finalize these accounts and for the auditor to complete its procedures with respect thereto.

As a result of the delay in publishing the 2024 Annual Report, the Company's shares will be temporarily suspended from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect 7.30 a.m. on 1 May 2025 until the publication of its audited accounts. Following the publication of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts the Company will make an application for the suspension to be lifted.
