             Appointment of auditor

daVictus ("DVT") is pleased to announce the appointment of Johnsons Financial Management Limited  as the Company's external auditor with effect from today's date.

Shipleys LLP, the incumbent auditor, has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

Malcolm Groat, Chair of Davictus's Audit Committee, said: "We would like to thank Shipleys LLP for their excellent services as Davictus's auditor. We look forward to working with Johnsons Financial Management Limited  in the future."
