Voting Results at Annual Shareholder Meeting

At the annual shareholder meeting held on January 30, 2023, Dr. Eric Wilhelm, Dr. Ben Tabatabai, and Dr. Pontea Shabkhiz were elected as Class II directors for two-year terms and the appointment of M&K CPAS LLP as independent auditors was ratified.
