The Board of Directors of the Company granted the following shares of restricted common stock and options to purchase common stock: Mr. Alex Tabatabai, 1,000,000 shares and 100,000 options; Dr. Eric J. Wilhelm, 450,000 shares and 100,000 options; Dr. Ben Tabatabai, 450,000 shares and 100,000 options; Dr. Pontea Shabkhiz, 225,000 shares and 75,000 options; Mr. Yuichi Levinson 100,000 shares 50,000 options. The options have an exercise price of $0.15 per share.
