Annual Shareholder Meeting Results

Datatrak held its annual general shareholder meeting on August 29, 2024. Shareholders voted on several matters with 98.2% participation of votes outstanding. Matters approved by shareholders include the reelection of all directors by 99.9% of votes; authorization of additional share issuance by 99.7% of votes; and ratification of a share roll-up by 99.8% of votes.
