NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS
Grant of Sharesave Options
In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), Currys plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 16 February 2026, Bruce Marsh was granted options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Currys Saving-Related Share Option Scheme 2023 (the "Shavesave Scheme"). The Sharesave Scheme is an all-employee share plan and executive directors are eligible to participate on the same terms as other eligible employees. Bruce Marsh joined the three-year scheme. Details are set out below:
