In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, CT UK High Income Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 28 February 2026 the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,067,144 Ordinary shares and 32,076,703 B shares, of which 11,344,491 Ordinary shares and 1,342,953 B shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT UK High Income Trust PLC is 90,722,653 Ordinary shares and 30,733,750 B shares.

The above figures (90,722,653 Ordinary shares and 30,733,750 B shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CT UK High Income Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
