TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 31 March 2026 the Company had 107,289,022 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue including 12,953,552 held in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 94,335,470.

The above figure (94,335,470) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
