Cohen & Co. plc (the 'Company') 10 July 2003 The Company announces that, further to the announcement on 30 June 2003 that the resolution relating to the reorganisation of the share capital of the Company was to be put to the adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') convened for 14 July 2003, this resolution has now been withdrawn.
